Conditions of use
Avista Partners LLP ("Avista Partners") is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 of the United Kingdom. The Site is directed only at persons having professional experience in matters relating to investments who fall within article 19 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2001 and high value entities which fall within article 49 of that Order. In the case of persons outside the United Kingdom, the Site is also only directed to persons who may lawfully access it without breach of law or regulation or imposing any requirement on Avista Partners or any other person to be licensed, registered or approved in any other jurisdiction. No-one else should access the Site or act on or otherwise rely on any information in it.

Information about you and your visits to the Site
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Avista Partners will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and Avista Partners will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
Avista Partners will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Linking to the Site
You may link to Avista Partners' home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage Avista Partners' reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on Avista Partners' part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
The Site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of the Site other than the home page. Avista Partners reserves the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. Avista Partners hereby reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use and the contents of the Site at any time. Any such changes will (as soon as practicable) be posted by Avista Partners on the Site and will automatically be binding upon you if you access the Site.
No part of these terms and conditions is intended to constitute an exclusion of liability which cannot be excluded under English law.
To the extent that any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable such part shall be severed from the remaining terms and conditions, all of which shall remain in force and effect.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim of whatever nature arising out of or relating to the Site, and that the laws of England shall govern such dispute or claim.
